CAN I COLLABORATE WITH ICE DESIGN ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

If your social media presence and Instagram page are lit or if you are just interested in collaborating with ICE DESIGN, we’d LOVE to hear from you! Please email customerservice@icedesign.com.au for all PR, Marketing and collaboration enquiries.

 

HOW CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

If you are logged in on the ICE DESIGN website, your store credit should show at the top right corner. Once you have added items to your basket, the store credit will automatically be deducted from the total amount at checkout.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed with ICE DESIGN, we are unable to cancel the order. Once received, you are welcome to make a return with us, as long as the item(s) meet the returns criteria.

 

I'VE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOUR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once an order is place, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. Once received, you are welcome to make a return with us as long as the item(s) meet the returns criteria.

 

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Uh oh! We will have to try and fix this before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address.

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER SHIPPING NOTIFICATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Sometimes, our automated emails accidentally end up in junk folders, or we might have an incorrect email address for you. If this is the case, please contact us so we can verify in our system if your order has been sent or not.
